Junior Account Manager

Principal Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal team to deliver great work
- Support senior leadership to:
- Onboard new clients
- Achieve client's marketing goals
- Ensure account profitability
- Ensure each customer receives a high touch, frictionless customer experience
- Keep clients happy!
You Will Learn How To:
- Leverage AI and other technologies to create and execute marketing campaigns
- Deliver ideas and final products to clients for review
- Analyze, interpret and present results
- Manage client expectations and objections
- Lead client strategy meetings and contribute to discussions
- Identify opportunities for up-selling to current clients
- Ensure account satisfaction and retention
- Manage multiple clients and internal responsibilities simultaneously
- Build and maintain client relationships
Experience & Qualifications
Requirements:
- Education: BA/BS degree in marketing, public relations, communications, business, or a related field
- Experience: 0-3+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, communications, business, or a related field
- Relationship Building Skills: You're a 'people person' who loves getting to know clients and helping them build effective marketing strategies and campaigns
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: You can interact professionally with business owners, executives, and the internal team.
- Strong Presentation Skills: You can present material with clarity and confidence.
- Problem Solving Skills: You're resourceful when issues arise and can research and implement solutions.
- Project Management and Organizational Skills: You enjoy the challenge of multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Must be a team player; only awesome people allowed!
Bonus Points:
- Completed internships with other marketing agencies
- Existing familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, social media platforms, and Asana
- Basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, social media, and/or online advertising

This position is available for San Diego, CA residents only. This is currently a work-from-home opportunity that requires some local meetings. Some travel to trade shows and conferences may be required.
